Wiring
Our development is not limited to low voltage wire harnesses but also targets at high voltage wire harnesses, the demand of which has been increasing due to vehicle electrification, battery wiring modules required for batteries, EPB/EMB/AT harnesses necessary for electric-driven and highly advanced equipment, and wire harnesses for seats that require daily-advanced functions for passenger comfort. In the course of our research and development, we consider "wiring" from the perspective of easier assembly and space saving.
What is more, our development is more than just the development of conventional wire harnesses and connectors. We research and develop the element technology for future wire harness architecture from various perspectives in order to propose a total solution in every way possible, including embedded technology for wiring harnesses and quality assurance systems.
Low voltage wiring
We are engaged in the development of low voltage wire harness components focusing on desired in-vehicle features such as size, weight, and diameter.
High voltage wiring
We study and develop wire harness parts and devices that connect high voltage units and components for electric vehicles.
EPB harness
Our EPB(Electro-Mechanical Brake) harness is an assembly of cables that excel in flexibility and highly waterproof connectors, compared with our coventional products. We are also developing wire harnesses for EMB(Electric Parking Brake) taking advantage of our know-how and experience. Our development also covers compact and lightweight AT harnesses that can be easily assembled.
